I just love to watch other people blossom into their full potential. Years ago, I put myself through nursing school by working in the hotel industry. Nursing called to my need to serve and help and for a time, it seemed like the right fit. However, somewhere along the way, I fell in love with hotel service. For me, it was the perfect mix of organized procedures and caring for people’s needs. I left nursing school and became devoted to hotel management. I’ve been there for 11 years – organizing and streamlining procedures while caring for customers with joy and a smile.

I bring that joy to my business. I assist my clients with all their needs from the most basic administrative tasks like typing documents to creating standard operating procedures that allow you to step away from the day to day. I have a special fondness for entrepreneur moms out there doing their thing. As a mama with two boys myself, I understand how balance is so important to our businesses. We are called in so many different directions that it can be hard to focus. It can be so frustrating to feel like you’re spinning your wheels, never gaining traction in any of the areas of your life.

I don’t think we often give ourselves enough appreciation for the amazing things we accomplish each day. Business, like most things, isn’t easy alone. You need someone at your back, cheering you on. My favorite time of year is teacher appreciation week (Pinterest geek, remember?) when we take time to acknowledge those who have helped our kids along the way. I always go the little extra mile in my gifts, creating them from the heart, crafting them with attention to detail and centered on each individual person.
